Report Missing Person
Submit verified details to broadcast a community search alert
24-Hour Waiting Protocol
Standard municipal protocol requires an individual to be unreachable for a minimum of 24 hours before a public bulletin is declared across the network. If the person is a minor, elderly, or has an urgent medical condition, claim an immediate exemption below.
How to File a Missing Person Report
Verify Contact
Confirm your direct mobile number. Community responders and barangay officials will contact this number with live sightings.
Complete Profile
Provide accurate legal names, age, gender, exact last known location, and detailed physical descriptions including clothing worn.
Attach Clear Photo
Upload an unobstructed, recent portrait of the individual. High-clarity photos drastically accelerate identification by rescue units.
Broadcast Bulletin
Review the legal declaration and broadcast. An emergency search flyer is generated and distributed across municipal responders.
Legal Notice: Zero Tolerance for Fabricated Reports
Filing false missing person reports or prank search bulletins is a serious offense that expends critical police hours and diverts volunteer search brigades from genuine emergencies.
- Criminal Liability: Misuse of public emergency broadcast facilities is punishable under the Revised Penal Code (Perjury and False Testimony), Presidential Decree No. 1727, and applicable municipal ordinances.
- Accountability & Tracking: Every submission logs digital forensics including registered citizen profile credentials, device timestamps, and network telemetry. Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate account termination and immediate referral to the Philippine National Police (PNP).
