• Media & Reporting Data: Photographic evidence, incident descriptions, and location metadata submitted through the Hazard Reporting or Missing Person modules.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is hosted on secure municipal servers and processed exclusively for disaster risk reduction and community safety:

• Shelter Management: Tracking active evacuation check-ins to monitor center capacities and prevent overcrowding.
• MSWDO Integration: Facilitating accurate headcounts for the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office to expedite relief distribution and gender-and-development (GAD) support inside shelters.
• Emergency Dispatch: Routing Binalbagan 911, PNP, or LDRRMO rescue units directly to your transmitted coordinates during active distress calls.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

The Municipality of Binalbagan does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is securely shared exclusively among verified local government entities (LDRRMO, MSWDO, Mayor's Office, and emergency responders) on a strict need-to-know basis. Non-identifiable, aggregated statistics (e.g., total evacuees per barangay) may be utilized for public situational reports.
